When something bad happens to us we tend to say it is unjust and start to look for someone to blame for the situation, but maybe the only one we need to blame is ourselves and our actions. There is a karma but it is not necessarily a supreme force that punishes us for something bad we did, it is our own conscience and our own divinity! Each and every one of us has a personal God, a glimpse of divinity and the more we loose it the more we fade away in the Universe. We all make mistakes, hurt people, more or less with will, we all have our black list, but how many of us truly admit to themselves that they have done a mistake? Sometimes we lie to ourselves, pretending we did nothing wrong, we blame others and so we cannot develop as spiritual beings. But if we do admit to ourselves and also to the others that we were wrong, we have the chance to make it better and maybe we can go through something bad in our lives and suffer in order to get purified and so earn the enlightenment. I have learned, like many others, I am sure, that it's harder to earn your own forgiveness than the one from the ones you actually hurt. So, the divinity in yourself that you have negated in the moment you have done something bad is infuriated that you did that, so in order to reestablish order in the chaos you have created, your spiritual self will attract unpleasant situations for yourself so that you can purify yourself and so become worthy of the divinity. And if we don't try to find the path to purification we might just fade and never become the light we all seek to be. When I look at a starry sky and see all the shinning stars that overwhelm me with their beauty and splendor I sometimes imagine they are the energy of beautiful souls that have developed and seeked to be better. Nobody is perfect, even the best persons make mistakes, but that doesn't make you a bad person! A bad person is one who doesn't wish to get improve spiritually, and who kills that spark of light we all have. I always said, we are all born with a sprout of goodness and beauty and that sprout, as it blossoms might get filthy, might get crushed, but that's ok, as long as we cure it and help it grow! But sometimes we only grow through pain. It's sad, but it would be sader if we couldn't grow at all! And in those times of pain, it's important to keep your soul alive and not to loose yourself in despair, even if it hurts as hell! Try to find small moments of happiness...the sight of a rainbow, a sunny day in the woods, the sound of a song you love...it will help your heart be stronger, it will help you keep the divine in yourself.
I know that sometimes bad things happen that really seem to have no reason or justification, I guess sometimes the bad karma of others can affect us as well, if we love that person. And just so I can make this clear, a bad karma is not only bad deeds, it can also be negative emotions, thoughts and thus energy. I know it's hard to keep a good spirit all the time, I know that sometimes depressive or negative thoughts come without our will and it's hard to fight them. It's ok to have to have as long as we don't linger in them and let them overtake our mind and soul.
This Universe is made out of positive and negative energy, so we will always have both, just don't attract more than necessarily!

Stay happy no matter how much you're hurting, smile just because you remembered something nice, take the time to watch the sky and everything else that is around us, enjoy a good meal, breath the fresh air and try to describe what it smells like, listen to music as much as you can, look at images at inspire you and make you smile, do little things that count.
There is a parapsychologist called Anatole Basarb that has inspired me a lot with his thoughts and I really felt like I wanted to share with you all.
Take care, my dear friends!
Lots of love,
